From 2002 to 2010, I lived in England but I came back one Christmas for a holiday and met Patrick Roy at the Quebec airport. Told him I had his jerseys in my suitcase and would love for him to sign them he told me to come to a Remparts game and wait for him at the exit. So I did on December 18, 2009 and boy am I glad I did! He signed both my Canadiens jersey and my Avalanche jersey and posed for a picture even though it was gone midnight (it was the first day of the Christmas trade period in the LHJMQ). To this day, it remains my best hockey memory.
